I called them last month regarding a question I had about installing a new waterfall valve. I had ordered the part on-line and just had a question about the installation,which I was doing myself. Today, I received a $150 bill for a service call, which John claims I made the appointment for. Bought a new pool 21 foot round above ground from them this year and now having problems with getting clear water! Have been steered in all different directions sold me a bunch of different chemicals and still nothing works like they said it would. Feeling like I am being left out on a limb now ! 😡
Well we spend thousands of dollars with you and ask for a little information a little help! And I get no I can't yes were busy!� you Don't have 5 minutes! To help a customer! You repaired my system but you can't take the time to show my husband how the thing works! You want me to make a services call. Ummm no I don't think so! Where is the customer service! I have spent thousands of dollars on 2 pools and a hot tub at Treats. Today, I called with a simple questions about some electrical work. I spoke to the most arragant, nasty woman ever. I will not mention any names. She never did answer my question because she was preoccupied by being rude. I will never shop at your store ever again. You just lost a loyal customer because of your employee. Take note Ronnie and Evan.

My wife went to treats pools yesterday to get a quote from them. When she arrived the manager treated her like she had no business being there to get a quote. She was there to receive a quote on an inground pool and was constantly persuaded to get an above ground pool. The manager kept making comments of how much an inground pool was and how he never understood why people would want to finance a pool.
