I would love it if someone came to repair my pool that they have been promising to repair now for over two years. Really poor customer service have been passed around and passed around then promised and promised. The customer service isn't the same now that Ronnie is not in charge.
RecommendedIt is sad that the customer service at Treats is not like it used to be. The people working there not are not as helpful and they seem like you are bothering them if you have a question. We will no longer be going to Treats.

During a visit there I found out that they refused to keep their customers safe during this pandemic. No workers were wearing a mask. Only customers were thoughtful about keeping the workers safe. Looking for another business to spend my money in.
horrible! bad customer service. rude!! buy at Amazon way cheaper and you don't have to deal with the owners. too bad because the kids are usually nice and helpful.
No concern when pool closing had problems! Just as previous posts stated no assistance!
