RecommendedI would like to take a minute to not only take back a negative review I left a while back but also appologise. While there was an issue, the manager called and politely talked to me about my review and made things right. If they didn’t care about customer service they would not have bothered calling and asking me about my experience. The staff in store were and are still kind, knowledgeable about their products and helpful every time.

they are so helpful and kind!! I went in to get my pools salt water tested last Friday. I had donated blood earlier that day and when I was talking to the tech her name is Brook I started to feel dizzy. She was so helpful,she helped me seat down and stayed with me till I felt better ,the lady at the register Sara gave me water and an ice pop. They couldn't have nicer. I made my purchase and Brook carried it to the car. They are great!!

Treats has been my pool company for more than 20 years! There is a reason for that... excellent customer service, fair and honest pricing and great products for my pool. Treats built my pool and has maintained it since 2000. Honestly... I wouldn't consider going anywhere else .
