I had the best experience when buying, and having a gas dryer installed. The sales people in the store were very knowledgable and professional. The delivery installer men were pros and spent extra time to make sure the dryer was absolutely level on the tile floor.

Forget the chain stores. This place is family owned for several generations and treat you like a valued customer, while giving you the space to browse without the sales push. The vendor they use to do installations is by far, the best I've ever seen in almost 40 years of homeownership. You can't go wrong here.
They were reliable, responsive and honest. The installation of the fridge was a bit complicated and they did what was necessary to make it work. They also found a model of fridge that no other company could find. Highly recommend them!
