Dont recommend at the moment. Sadly my neighbor in Woodbury CT having an unpleasant experience. One year ago bought $6600 in kitchen appliances for her new kitchen, and her dishwasher suddenly stopped cleaning properly, and they are asking her to pay $160 for a service call and telling her they havent had response from manufacturer to be able to ensure an under warrantee repair.

I purchased all my kitchen appliances on October 1, 2020. When my appliances came in no one called me to tell me they were in, I had to reach out to Marsillio’s. My builder went over to get the double oven. We took delivery of the rest however no GE induction cooktop. They never reached out to me about expected delivery We reached out to them and have been very patient. They say they will get back to you but they never do. Friend waiting over 8 months for a GE stovetop. Only offer to satisfy was to get her a different brand but wanted her to pay the difference. Absolutely unacceptable. Never a call back over and over again

My friend paid cash on October 1. 2020 for an appliance. She paid cash and still doesn’t have it. She has made several attempts to resolve this and they have been no help whatsoever.
There today with my son and daughter friend to buy a washer/dryer and dishwasher looked around found what we like, someone did say they will be with us (while on the phone) maybe 10 minuets walking around a lady came in and within seconds they ask her if she needed help, we left!!! Got a new washer/dryer dishwasher and Refrigerator at PC Richard & Son
