I had previously used a chimney cleaner who was a one-man operation. The last time I used him was before we sold our previous home. He knew the home was going to be inspected, yet he just pushed all the ash and creosote up the liner and out on top of the chimney! The home inspector thought we’d had a chimney fire! Four Seasons Chimney and Roofing replaced the roof on two of my barns, including removal and replacement of many of the sheets of plywood sheathing. The barns had a low pitch (2”-3” in 12”) and originally had architectural shingles when I purchased the property.
