Jay was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in one visit when another company couldn’t diagnosis the issue and a 3rd company incorrectly said it needed a part which Jay said this model didn’t even have. Highly recommend. They returned my call quickly and were able to schedule the appointment within a week. Also very reasonably priced.
