Years ago, we had a plumbing emergency and I called three plumbers, leaving the same message - please call me back to let me know if you are available, or not available, so that i can keep making calls until i find someone who could come out immediately. TLC Plumbing was the only plumbing company to even respond to the message. Tom returns your calls immediately and gets there quickly to resolve the issues.
