They don’t care about what you have going on. We had a surprise birthday party for my Father that my mother and I spent months planning. She had called them to reschedule the paving explaining it was for a surprise birthday party for my dad. So what did they do?! Call him four days before the party. It really is not that hard to write a note down on an order, but apparently it is for this company. I’m so angry. I will NEVER use this company.
Sullivan paving did an exceptionally terrible job paving my friends driveway and even had the audacity to try and charge them for repairs while the driveway was still under warranty. It's like adding injury to insult. Stay Away from doing business with them. Even if your General Contractor wishes to hire them, refuse.
