Fantastic experience with skilled technicians for service on a 30 year old Vermont Castings wood stove. Just thrilled to have it back in pristine condition. Service was fast and they kept my space immaculately clean. So happy!
Just wonderful service. Called to have my pellet stove fixed as it was not working. The woman from the Newtown store was so pleasant. Directed me over to the New Milford store for service. Called New Milford just as they were closing and the woman took the time to take my information and set up an appointment for the next day. Went above and beyond. Service gentleman, Ian was efficient, Pleasant and informative. And informative. Will definitely be using them again.
They are excellent in knowledge and honesty. Got no help from the other place in Newtown. Glad we decided to stop at the Trading post. Was able to order the exact gas insert we wanted at 1/2 the cost. They helped arrange for excellent installation in less than a week. Highly recommend you stop in there before going with their unfriendly competitors down the road.
My husband & I just purchased a new wood stove from the Trading Post. They are amazing people, very knowledgeable and with excellent customer service! When they didn’t have a model on their sales floor that we wanted to see, they had no issue referring us to other business that might — a true sign they wanted us to find the best stove for us, not just push a sale. We ended up ordering through them and every step was pleasant. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need to buy a stove, Trading Post is the place to go.
Great company. Customer Service extremely helpful and friendly. Did a great job replacing a broken glass and old gasket in my Fireplace insert. One screw got stripped and they immediately followed up and sent another. Definitely recommended
