My husband & I just purchased a new wood stove from the Trading Post. They are amazing people, very knowledgeable and with excellent customer service! When they didn’t have a model on their sales floor that we wanted to see, they had no issue referring us to other business that might — a true sign they wanted us to find the best stove for us, not just push a sale. We ended up ordering through them and every step was pleasant. I cannot recommend them enough! If you need to buy a stove, Trading Post is the place to go.
Excellent service from the business office to the technicians who came to our home. The office set it up; the repair men came; they repaired damaged components; they left us with a working fireplace insert. Thrilled! Efficient, helpful, and personable.
Went to the Newtown location today really only looking for a few parts and ask some questions about my wood stove install.. Staff were unbelievably helpful! They had everything I needed in stock and answered all of my questions.. I highly recommend this store. This is my new wood stove store, and I will recommend to all my friends.
I have been dealing with the Trading post for almost 25 plus years. Extremely knowledgable about the Harmon products. I have called having questions about my own pellet stove and they have always offered advise on a simple repair. Quality products at a fair price. I would stronly recomend buying at the Trading post if your in the market for a pellet stove. Called a couple times for a quote on a wood insert and they never got back to me. In fact they emailed me someone else’s quote for a hot tub cover somehow. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I keep receiving emails asking me for a review.
