Great store and friendly staff. Guided us through every step of our Jotul wood stove purchase (our first time) and installation needs. Delivery/install crew was just as great. Can’t recommend them enough! Special thanks to Dave D!
We recently purchased a New Milford home with 2 pellet stoves. The Trading Post staff answered all of our many questions about the use of our stoves and the service technician cleaned the entire system and walked us through the operation and cleaning of the units. We were very pleased with their services.
Nothing came of it. I was given a link that does not even list what I purchased from a Central Boiler dealer. Since then the last 2 dealers no longer are affiliated with Central Boiler. But this is what I have for stainless steel filter housings. Even the New Dealer of Central Boiler doesn’t have the seals.as other customers have made inquiries about them. It is two seals, one like an o-ring, the other has a raised edge as it seals when the filter housing is thread in. Not any listing with Central Boiler for these items sold... read more
I have been a customer with the Trading Post for over 35 years. I have always found them to be very fair on pricing, extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell, along with the various diferent brands of Pellets they stock. Between the sales department and service department I have always felt that my business is very important to them. We are thrilled with our fireplace insert! The installation was so easy and no clean up necessary at all after. We were able to use our fireplace right away. Highly recommend The Trading Post!!
