MoJoes is a fantastic space that caters to your individual needs. I have been private training with Dave for a few years and at 71 feel strong and healthy with his guidance. His positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious. All the trainers have a lot to offer. The group classes are fun, creative and challenging. It is a wonderful community to be a part of and I highly recommend.

The trainers listen to you and have your workouts tailed to your needs and goals. I’m never disappointed. My current trainer John is helping me with strength rehab from major rotator cuff repair surgery in July and i walk out of each session feeling i had a great workout and Im completely encouraged.
I am not used to exercising. I am 58 years old and I started having problems with my knees and back. So I joined MoJoes. From the first moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and friendliness. My trainers name is Jonna. She is wonderful. She is careful with me but pushes enough to make it count. Everything she does is encouraging and with a smile. I would not go anywhere else. I look forward to going and seeing everyone. I would highly recommend this gym.
