Brought my car here to get service done and left my car a few weeks without even contacting them. Any other shop would have charged me heavily in storage fees or just towed it out. This company cares about any potential customer. I'm grateful with the service I've received already and I haven't even met them. Does that explain how well they'll treat you? Highly recommended!
I had some car troubles and I was recommended to bring my car to Jerry’s to have them take a look. The team was great to work with , and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Even though they weren’t able to help out with this particular issue they were upfront and honest. Brian was a great guy to work with, and even though they couldn’t easily replicate the issue they took their time and genuinely gave it their best try and I appreciate the effort ! I will be returning if I need help in the future !
If I could give 6 stars to Jerry’s I would. I had to get a new transmission and I was recommended to go to Jerry’s. I’m glad I did. Everyone at Jerry’s is amazing and super nice. They installed a new transmission and it runs like a new vehicle. I am very happy. I highly recommend Jerry’s transmission. Jerry's has been a Guilford staple for many years. Their process was quick and easy to understand. Car was ready when promised, and follow-up suggestions were helpful.
Very friendly people. Years ago (like over decade ago) i needed help with one of the cars i had. They were very helpful and had no problem with that instead of saying that i should bring my car in.... Very good people
