James at Jerry's saved us from towing our car when it wouldn't start in the plaza across the street! After a failed jumpstart with AAA, we walked across to Jerry's hoping to buy a new battery, thinking it was the problem. We met James in the garage and even though they were closed, James greeted us with incredible kindness and offered some advice, explaining that while he could sell us a battery, it was likely due to another issue and we may need to tow. Brought my car here to get service done and left my car a few weeks without even contacting them. Any other shop would have charged me heavily in storage fees or just towed it out. This company cares about any potential customer. I'm grateful with the service I've received already and I haven't even met them. Does that explain how well they'll treat you? Highly recommended!
I had some car troubles and I was recommended to bring my car to Jerry’s to have them take a look. The team was great to work with , and they were able to get me in fairly quickly. Even though they weren’t able to help out with this particular issue they were upfront and honest. Brian was a great guy to work with, and even though they couldn’t easily replicate the issue they took their time and genuinely gave it their best try and I appreciate the effort ! I will be returning if I need help in the future !
