Brian and James were fantastic to work with. They took their time, explained everything, and patiently answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that they were honest and did not push any repairs or services that weren't absolutely needed. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for my auto repair needs. Highly recommended!

I know Jerry's has a great reputation on they're quality work. However I tried making an appointment to get a service done there and have been waiting 3 weeks on a call back from Brian or James to go over the work I wanted done. Jerry's records are incomplete. They missed the month of March. I reached out to schedule services they have yet to call back. I've called several times and no response. It makes me think if customer service is this poor did their mechanical services slip as well.

Dealer informed me I would need to replace my rear differential. Quoted me $5k. Took it to Jerry’s for a second opinion. Brian figured out it was actually a roof rack complication that was causing the vibration. Rear differential was totally fine. Saved me $5k. Nice to know there are still honest people. Thank you!

After two visits, my problem persisted. Service was more expensive service than local dealership. When vehicle was returned to me, parking sensors no longer work, which is a $1000 repair.
