Great experience. Contacted Gabriel (owner) on Sunday night to explain that my automatic garage door was malfunctioning. It's pretty old and actually needed to be replaced. Gabriel came by on Monday (yesterday) and I decided it was time to invest in a new door. No pressure from him. He showed me some different models and I liked one of them. I wanted to say what a great technician Julio is from Cosella Garage Doors. He arrived promptly, professional and immediately resolved the issue we were having. He even went one step further and replaced light bulbs, re-configured the exterior key pad and he even showed me how I can open the garage door from my rear view mirror without using the remote. It was a pleasant experience. We were able to discuss the price and what I wanted done and came to an agreement. The best part was he had all the parts in his truck so he got to work and an hour later I was done. Some of these other companies wanted an hour and a half labor just to come out to the house. That doesn't work for me. The Casella team did the job right!
