I contacted Gabriel (owner) because I was having consistent trouble with my garage doors opening and closing. He gave me some repair options, but ultimately we decided to replace the system with a new brand, and I couldn't be happier. Gabriel and his team were awesome to work with, very detailed and made sure I knew exactly how everything worked before they left.
Great experience. Contacted Gabriel (owner) on Sunday night to explain that my automatic garage door was malfunctioning. It's pretty old and actually needed to be replaced. Gabriel came by on Monday (yesterday) and I decided it was time to invest in a new door. No pressure from him. He showed me some different models and I liked one of them. Just had Julio and Ronnie out here to replace the broken spring and cables on my wooden garage door. They did a great job. In and out in an hour. Professional and as detail oriented as I am. They got us back up and running in no time. Highly recommended. Thank you Casella (Gabriel).
I wanted to say what a great technician Julio is from Cosella Garage Doors. He arrived promptly, professional and immediately resolved the issue we were having. He even went one step further and replaced light bulbs, re-configured the exterior key pad and he even showed me how I can open the garage door from my rear view mirror without using the remote.
